Definitions
In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
- "zs999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the zs999.asia Platform and its associated services.
- "Platform" means the zs999 website, mobile-optimised web interface, and all related services available at zs999.asia.
- "Player", "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who registers, browses, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
- "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as further described in Section 2.
- "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, and deletion.
- "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency of the Platform.

Data We Collect
zs999 collects Personal Data through two primary channels: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically through your use of the Platform.
Information you provide directly:
- Registration data – full name, email address, date of birth, and selected account currency (PKR);
- Identity verification documents – government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of address, where required;
- Payment information – mobile wallet identifiers (JazzCash, Easypaisa), bank account details (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), and transaction records; note that full payment credentials are processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored on zs999 servers;
- Communications – messages, queries, and complaints submitted via live chat or email support.
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system;
- Session data including login timestamps, pages visited, features used, and game activity;
- Geolocation data at the country and city level (e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) derived from your IP address;
- Cookie and tracking data as described in Section 6.

How We Use Your Data
zs999 uses the Personal Data it collects for the following purposes:
- Account creation and management – to register your account, verify your identity, and administer your PKR balance;
- Service delivery – to provide access to casino games, sports betting markets, and all other Platform features;
- Payment processing – to facilitate deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Pakistani bank transfers;
- Security and fraud prevention – to detect and prevent unauthorised access, account takeover, money laundering, and bonus abuse;
- Legal and regulatory compliance – to meet identity verification, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming obligations;
- Customer support – to respond to queries, resolve disputes, and handle complaints submitted via live chat or email;
- Responsible gaming – to monitor gameplay patterns and enforce deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion requests;
- Communications – to send transactional messages (account verification, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) and, where you have consented, promotional communications about zs999 offers and games;
- Platform improvement – to analyse usage patterns, improve game selection, and optimise the Platform experience for Pakistani players.
Marketing Communications: zs999 will only send promotional emails or messages if you have explicitly opted in at registration or via your account settings. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support or adjusting your notification preferences.

Legal Basis for Processing
zs999 processes Personal Data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity – Processing required to create and administer your account, process payments, and deliver Platform services under the agreement between you and zs999;
- Legal obligation – Processing necessary to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming requirements;
- Legitimate interests – Processing for fraud prevention, Platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms;
- Consent – Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given explicit, informed consent that may be withdrawn at any time.

Data Sharing & Disclosure
zs999 does not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. Personal Data is shared only in the following limited situations:
- Payment processors – JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah receive the minimum data necessary to process your transactions. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by applicable financial services regulations;
- Identity verification providers – third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) services may process your identification documents to fulfil verification requirements;
- Technology and hosting providers – infrastructure, security, and analytics vendors who process data strictly on zs999's instructions and are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality;
- Law enforcement and regulatory authorities – where zs999 is legally required or compelled by a court order or regulatory direction to disclose data;
- Business transfers – in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of zs999's assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the acquiring entity's commitment to this Policy.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies
zs999 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your session and preferences, detect fraudulent activity, and analyse usage patterns. The categories of cookies used are as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies – required for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled. They include session authentication tokens, security cookies, and load-balancing cookies;
- Functional cookies – remember your preferences such as language selection and game settings to improve your experience across sessions;
- Analytical cookies – collect anonymised data about how players interact with the Platform, which pages are visited most, and how features are used. This data helps zs999 improve the Platform for Pakistani users;
- Marketing cookies – used only where you have provided consent to receive targeted promotional content. You may withdraw consent at any time via your account settings.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent core Platform functionality from operating correctly.
Section 07
Data Retention
zs999 retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:
- Active account data – retained for the duration of your account's existence plus a minimum of five years following account closure, to meet regulatory and audit requirements;
- Transaction records – PKR deposit and withdrawal records, including JazzCash and Easypaisa transaction logs, are retained for a minimum of five years;
- Identity verification documents – retained for the duration of the account plus the applicable statutory period required under anti-money laundering regulations;
- Support communications – retained for three years from the date of the last interaction;
- Marketing consent records – retained for as long as the consent remains active and for three years thereafter as evidence of consent.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.

Data Security
SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and the zs999 Platform is protected using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar when using the Platform.
zs999 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit between the player's device and zs999 servers;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including identity verification documents and payment references;
- Role-based access controls limiting employee access to Personal Data to those with a legitimate operational need;
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of Platform infrastructure;
- Two-factor authentication options for Player accounts as an additional layer of protection;
- Incident response procedures to detect, contain, and notify affected parties in the event of a data breach, in accordance with applicable notification obligations.
Whilst zs999 takes all reasonable precautions, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own login credentials and should contact support immediately if they suspect unauthorised account access.

Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by zs999:
- Right of access – you may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you;
- Right to rectification – you may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
- Right to erasure – you may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to legal retention obligations;
- Right to restriction – you may request that we restrict the Processing of your Personal Data in certain circumstances;
- Right to data portability – you may request your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where technically feasible;
- Right to withdraw consent – where Processing is based on consent (e.g. marketing communications), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior Processing;
- Right to object – you may object to Processing based on legitimate interests where you have grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise any of the above rights, contact the zs999 support team via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. zs999 will respond to verified requests within 30 days. Where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, zs999 reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act.
Section 10
Children & Minors
18+ Only: The zs999 Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and over. zs999 does not knowingly collect or process Personal Data from persons under the age of 18.
Age verification is conducted during the registration process and may be requested again at any point during a Player's account lifetime. Where zs999 discovers that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all deposited funds will be returned to the depositor, and the minor's Personal Data will be deleted without delay.
Parents and guardians who believe that a minor may have accessed the zs999 Platform are requested to contact support immediately via live chat. zs999 cooperates fully with parental notification requests and takes underage access very seriously.
Section 11
International Data Transfers
zs999 may transfer Personal Data to servers or third-party processors located outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, zs999 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to provide a level of data protection that is equivalent to the standards described in this Policy. Safeguards may include contractual clauses, data processing agreements, and equivalent legal mechanisms recognised under applicable data protection frameworks.
Payment data processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah is handled by those institutions under the regulatory oversight of the State Bank of Pakistan and applicable Pakistani financial services legislation.
Section 12
Changes to This Policy
zs999 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or Platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
The effective date at the top of this page indicates the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. Players who do not accept the updated Policy should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.
