In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "zs999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website zs999.asia and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the zs999 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any related services accessible at zs999.asia.
• "Player", "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a zs999 account.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which zs999 accounts are denominated.

To be eligible to open and maintain a zs999 account, you must:

Each Player may hold only one Account on the zs999 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, any balances being forfeited, and any winnings generated being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. zs999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zs999 support immediately via the live chat facility.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional security;
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

zs999 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on the zs999 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. zs999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet operators, or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed by zs999 in the order in which they are received. The processing time for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method selected and any pending verification requirements. zs999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits unless an alternative has been approved through the account verification process;
• zs999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings can be processed.

zs999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated;
• zs999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms will be voided and all associated winnings forfeited;
• Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the applicable wagering requirements will have any bonus and bonus-derived winnings removed from their balance prior to processing.

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. zs999 will not be able to reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed by the system, except in the following circumstances:

• A manifest error occurred in the odds or game outcome display that a reasonable person would have identified as incorrect;
• A technical error in the Platform directly caused an incorrect result to be presented to the Player;
• Applicable law or regulation requires the reversal of the bet.

In the event of a game or service interruption, zs999 will endeavour to restore the session and honour the game state at the point of interruption where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, zs999 will act reasonably in determining an appropriate resolution. zs999's decision in such matters is final.

• Loss Limits – Cap the amount you can lose within a specified period;

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform;

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Opening multiple accounts or circumventing a previous account closure or self-exclusion;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the zs999 Platform – including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, and game content – is the property of zs999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of zs999.

The zs999 name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

zs999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While zs999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Player's use of the Platform is at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zs999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

zs999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player or their payment provider;
• Legal or regulatory requirements necessitating the closure of the Account.

Upon account closure for cause, zs999 may withhold any funds determined to be the proceeds of prohibited conduct pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by zs999, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting zs999 customer support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the Player to any bonus funds remaining in their balance.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, as well as the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which zs999 is licensed and operates. Nothing in these Terms is intended to create or confer rights on any third party.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and zs999 arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the Player should in the first instance contact zs999 customer support via the live chat facility. zs999 commits to investigating all complaints promptly and providing a formal response within a reasonable period.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the Player may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as advised by the zs999 support team at the time. zs999's decision on gameplay disputes, including the outcome of bets and game rounds, is final in the absence of a verified technical error.

zs999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to their registered address or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree with any amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their Account by contacting support.
